 THE LINKLATERS PROJECT

CLIENT: Linklaters LLP in partnership with Elior (London, UK)

INDUSTRY: Legal Services

PURPOSE: To assess food waste generation across the hospitality services.

WHY: As part of ISO 14001 Environmental Standard, the firm opted to measure the food waste being generated through particular catering services on offer at the London office and identify steps to reduce it, thereby improving their impact on the environment.
